thankful thursday

This week I am thankful for:

* clear skies after several days of fog
* the kid's first Norwegian folk dance practice
* progress
* exercise
* feeling like hard work has been worthwhile
* central heat
* the new British baking competition TV program PBS has been airing (and putting on its streaming service)
* my grandmother's sayings ("inch by inch is a pinch!")
