thankful thursday

This week I am thankful for:

* beautiful weather!
* time spent with my gardening/outdoor reading/laundry hanging assistant (pictured at left)
* the kid's wonderful Mother's Day gifts
* new bedding plants
* cheese quesadillas
* my family
* being ready (as we'll ever be) for the half-marathon my friend and I are running in a little over a week
* Downton Abbey on Blu-Ray
* little kids who set examples for big ones (including adults!)
