thankful, well, saturday...

I've been out of town at a history conference; flew home yesterday night and am now in the process of getting settled.  Much to be thankful for, however:

* a safe journey
* stimulating, inspiring presentations and discussions
* great history friends
* amusing interludes
* Virginia barbecue
* dark chocolate mint M & Ms
* commiseration
* my own bed!
