thankful thursday

This week I am thankful for:

* a challenging, restorative and fun church women's retreat

* the beautiful landscape of north-central Oregon

* my little Cherokee Indian trick-or-treater

* jack-o-lanterns (with specs drawn by aforementioned trick-or-treater)

* Butterfingers

* birds, and especially my black-capped chickadee and red-breasted nuthatch friends

* still thankful for fall leaves...

* good class sessions

* engaged students

* Red Hills Market and lunch with a good friend

* Equal Exchange roobios vanilla tea
