thankful thursday

Today I am thankful for:

* amusing surprises (I sit in someone else's office for my office hour, and I seriously sat there for 20 minutes the other day before I realized a "friend" was looking at me...)
* growth
* several days of sun and warm weather!
* my beautiful girl
* homemade macaroni and cheese with ham
* interesting student presentations
* lilacs
* azaleas and rhododendrons
* being able to run just a few blocks away and suddenly feel like I'm "out in the country"
* Kohl's Cash
* Cheez-Its (I should really be more mature than this, but I'm, um, not)
* nice people at the dentist's office
