thankful thursday

This week I am thankful for:

* this view out my home office window
* modern medical advances, especially eyeglasses
* news that, while nearsighted, the kid is not as blind as I was at her age
* tiny cute pink glasses frames that she's excited about receiving
* inclusion
* the fact that the church stewardship drive Pony Express pouches are out and circulating--whew!
* pro and con lists
* quilted vests... down vests... any kind of vest, really ('tis the season for those of us perpetually-cold types)
