thankful thursday

This week I am thankful for:

* a beautiful Christmas tree
* a warm, safe place to live when the weather is so cold outside
* an outdoor cat who has the good sense to double his body weight every winter
* answers, even when they bring some pain
* my students
* my enthusiastic tree decorator... I love making discoveries like the fact that she's hung coordinating snowmen right next to each other so they can be "friends"
* friends
* family
* our Christmas mugs
* a box of oranges, purchased from the GFU baseball team
