thankful thursday

This week I am thankful for:

* sewing projects with the 7-year-old
* a new semester
* sunshine this afternoon!
* birds chirping in the trees
* the first camellia blossoms of the spring
* finishing compiling the church time and talent survey results -- whew
* my mom since it's her birthday tomorrow :-)
(note I am thankful always, but this week is timely for observance)
* modern medicine
* "The Paradise" on DVD
