ottomans

I'm grading study question sets submitted by my lovely and insightful students.  Among other things, they're writing about the Ottomans... and it totally makes me giggle every time someone neglects to capitalize "Ottoman."  One's mind shifts in a flash from dynastic politics to upholstery. :-)  This has little, if anything, to do with matters of faith, but perhaps it'll provide a bit of a smile at the end of a long day!
